What is Urinary incontinence?

Urinary incontinence (UI) is an extremely common urological disorder that affects more than 200 million people worldwide. Urinary incontinence is associated with changes in tissues. Relaxation of the anatomical structure leads to a weakening of the urethral sphincter, lowers the tone of the pelvic muscles – ultimately, any sudden movement (for example, when sneezing, laughing) causes involuntary leakage of fluid from the bladder.

A delicate problem that does not allow to live a full life does not allow to control urination, which allows adapting to the new properties of organisms of various types of products.

Symptoms of Urinary incontinence (UI)
  • Small or large amounts of urine leaking without warning or without feeling the urge to go to the toilet
  • Involuntarily leakage when sneezing, coughing, laughing or exercising
  • A sudden urge to rush to the toilet to urinate
  • The need to get up to pass urine two or more times a night(nocturia)
The main causes of urinary incontinence:
  • Complex childbirth (prolonged, rapid, traumatic);
  • Violation of the anatomical structure of the female genital organs;
  • Chronic inflammatory processes in the organs of the genitourinary system;
  • Heavy physical exertion;
  • Perineal injuries;
  • Consequence of surgical interventions (in the field of gynecology, urology);
  • Spinal cord diseases;
  • Hormonal imbalance (in particular, estrogen deficiency during menopause);
  • Obesity.
Therapy of Urine incontinence

Until recently, it was only medical therapy or a radical method – a surgical operation. The first option did not guarantee 100% effectiveness, and the second is the estimated long period of rehabilitation and possible complications. The situation was changed by the advent of Plasma and Laser therapy. Blood plasma therapy has helped many women with a variety of disorders, ranging from sexual dysfunction to difficulty controlling the flow of urine.

Platelet is extremely rich in growth factors and cytokines, which regulate tissue reconstruction. It is an easily produced and relatively inexpensive biologic material. It is produced directly from the patient’s blood and is, thus, superior to synthetic materials in terms of potential adverse effects such as from foreign body reaction.

How is the therapy session help you ?

The treatment of urinary incontinence is carried out after consulting a doctor and is recommended for the early stages of the disease. A KindCare nurse will take a small amount of blood from your arm. Then, you will have numbing cream applied to your vulvo-vaginal area, while your blood is processed in a centrifuge to extract the ‘active’ part of it. For the final step, Gynecologist injects this platelet-rich plasma around the opening of your urethra.

For several months after the procedure, the effect persists: tissue elasticity increases, the tone of the urethral sphincter increases, bladder support increases, and the problem of incontinence remains in the past.
